To give you all a refresher about NASA's EADIN Lite Communications Protocol, I was happy to embrace it. The problem is the downsides for me: Only an 8-bit payload. Before the Data Field, I need a Data Lenth Field of 1 byte Each board must be programmed for its unique address in the chain. As I am very lazy, I can resolve this by installing a 4-bit switch that can be set be for installing into the network. This address is read at startup. And I don't need the CRC check Also, the node_ID and ...
Well, the power and the cables are getting under my skin. So being in Dallas, I stopped at Tanners Electronics, and I solved my cooling issues and power which now includes a 12vdc fan. (Adjustable) A USB A Breakout board This is all going is a small plastic box, as I am tired of the balancing ...
As much as l like Debian 9.x, I hate this jury-rigged Cloud 9 Interface. Just getting the BB AI on my network (static IP address) was a chore and way too many steps! This took many hours of trial, blind alleys, and miss-steps, As there is NO network icon on the desktop or trays. So for those of you that want to follow in my footsteps, here we go: Click on the Red Menu button in the lower-left Click on Preferences Click on Connman UI Click on Config  button at the bottom right (you mi ...

Well, this update has been more than a few days in coming, as I have been in network hell. I have made good progress, and I am working on programming currently. This was the first time I used a Polyprinter at my local library.  The Tinkercad and the Polyprinters work-beds were not the same sizes. The first panel with the pictures I lost and the second attempt was better. Second Attempt Maybe on the third try, I'll get it right.  I wish that there was a program that was better then Tin ...
