That post seems to be a whole lot of things and including the subject line.
edit . Much more to the point.... well done
Q. How do we vote ?
The usual way to get involved in voting is just to IM me at tariq.ahmad to let you know you interested in judging and voting.

I was probably trying to say to much in one post.
I just wanted to let people know that they can participate in the judging by im at tariq.ahmad as that is what we have as a current process for deciding winners.
I also wanted to let people know that I am looking into a development solution to make voting process a lot clearer.
There are two contests ending simultaneously and was hoping to let members know that they were invited to judge.
I will send them specifics about which projects are being considered over IM.
Right now, I do not have anyone to assist me with this so I wanted to invite people that wished to help out judging to let me know who they pick based on the guidelines.
Thank you for everyone that volunteered to vote!
You should of seen some variance of the following letter:

Cool LED Dispay
Simple Electronics Repairs
I also need help picking the 3 winners from the Cool LED Competition.
The Candidates for Cool LED Display are:
The 3 First Place Winners will receive a $100 Shopping Cart!
If I am missing anyone let me know! Tried to be as inclusive as possible and leave it up to you guys to do the judging!
Yes, a very good reason: I didn't enter it for the competition.
I'm quite happy - best to just humour me even if it does seem a bit odd.
As to the blogs, I'd really like to do more but at the moment I'm working and don't really have the time (there are about half a dozen that I've started but are unfinished, including the 'PicoLo', which dates back to the time of DIY Test Equipment, and various transistor things). Perhaps I should focus on finishing a few of them rather than starting new ones.
I appreciate you listing my project for the Holiday Special.
In case it was not clear on my part, I had posted 3 parts to my FLiP Connect X-Mas Ornament project since I completed it in separate steps, so the 3 posts I have for the Holiday Special are for the same project.
Perhaps there is a better way for me to link these together?
Thanks and good luck to all who participated.
Maybe there is some other option in Jive, but one way is to just include links to the other posts, i.e. edit each post and stick a note at the top or bottom saying "This is part 2 of a three-part series, also see FLiP part 1, and FLiP part 3" and hyperlink it (i.e. highlight the "FLiP part 1" bit, and then click on the hyperlink tool on the editor toolbar).

When we first discussed Project14 this was always a possibility.
I'm sure the judges will sort it out ... and FWIW you don't get three entries
Guidelines for Judging
For each project submission did the entrant do the following:
- Follow the Steps - Did they provide the steps it took to complete the project (text, video, or images) and/or schematics.
- Submit Video Proof - Did they post a video proof of their project?
- Stick to the Theme - How well did the project stick to the theme of the competition?
- Demonstrate Originality - Did they come up with a clever name for their project? Or did they introduce something new or that is not commercially available?
You're under no obligation to vote for the best project, the guidelines are loosely structured but are designed to encourage complete project submissions (with steps and video proof), and we want this program to be something that everyone in the community can participate to post smaller projects that fit within a theme (a theme the members pick in a monthly poll) .
We are currently holding voting to pick a grand prize for The Holiday Special who will be given a 3D printer and a STEAM kit to donate to an institution of their choice. We are also giving away 3 First place shopping carts of $100 dollars each and $100 shopping Cart to Gift to anyone that submitted projects that occurred during the holiday special:
Also, we are awarding the usual $100 shopping cart to 3 first place winners for
