Re: API key status: waiting

Hi - sorry to hear that your API stopped working - this should be something we manage through investigation. New key requests are now subject to checks before enablement. Could you contact our API admin team with your old key (if you want it investigating) and/or your new key details and we will sort this out for you. You can do that using the contact us form on partner.element14.com
Many thanks.

Hi, my previous api key (registered for some time ago) suddenly stopped working, manually doing a get request results in the "Developer inactive" message.
So I think no problem, I'll just do a new registration and get a new key.
Done that, but the key status is "Waiting" and any API call still returns "Developer inactive".
Why does this happen? Do developers have to be approved on a per case basis?
