atsvegas , I can only try to guess the problem here.
We do have online stores called element14, these serve our Asia-Pacific-Australia-New Zealand region. If you've created an account on one of these sites (au.element14.com, sg.element14.com, etc.) You have to make a new account on www.newark.com
From what I understand, although the branding has changed from 'Newark element14' to 'Newark' the site functionality is fundamentally the same.
I did not think Newark could get anymore screwed up. They took it as a challenge.
Their "customer service" is now totally out of some crap hole in india with the worst phones on the planet.
I have been unable to find anyone in America that will answer the phones at Newark Electronics.
If they can screw up a $74.00 order imagine what they can do for dozens to thousands of parts.
Never again. Newark is a disaster.
