When I follow your instructions:
Repeat New password
I receive a message back saying 'invalid token'
I block and paste the token, so there is no possibility of an inaccurate entry.
Please visit https://www.element14.com/community/emailPasswordToken!input.jspa to reset your password. It's possible that you've visited the reset URL outside of the 48 hours to reset the password in a timely manner. Also try disabling any ad-blocker extensions you're using. It should work in Google Chrome.
