          I normally upload my programs from a Windows environment, so there could be more going on in your case, but here are some things to check prior to upload:

          • make sure your Tools-->Board matches your card
          • make sure Tools-->Port matches the port that your arduino is on
          • make sure your programmer is set for the card (AVR ISP for mine)
          • unplug any devices/jumpers on the pins prior to upload
          • If that doesn't work, see if you can get the File-->Examples-->Basics-->Blink example to upload successfully.
          • If you can't get Blink uploaded, your installation directory may not have correct permissions.

            Also, can you describe the problem you're seeing?

            According to the output, it has successfully programmed the part (from what little I can tell - I could be wrong, I'm not familiar with the expected output if it successfully installs):

            Whether it runs or not might be a run-time issue (i.e. a code related issue that still allowed the code to compile and therefore successfully uploaded).
