This sounds like a homework question - please correct me if I'm wrong.
You need to describe the hardware a bit better, what kind of motor, how is it controlled by the PI. What kind of position encoder - how is it interfaced to the Pi.

I have to pid control of the encoder motor position with rasberyy pi. but i don't know how to do it. Requested in the project: If the user enters 10 degrees, the engine will turn 10 degrees and stay there. then it will go to 200 degrees if it enters 200 degrees. I need your help in this regard.
