    Asked for password reset and no response

      Hello:

       

      I have an account with Newark and asked for a password reset.  No email has shown up, and it has been well over 30 minutes now.  Requests for several quotes have been unanswered.  What happened to my account guy, Trey?  This was a much better system with a human.

       

      This is quite frustrating and should not be happening.

       

      Please take a look at these issues.
