Could anyone help me to resolve an issue with resetting my password on the element14.com main website?
I enter my email address (as showing on my order confirmation), however a reset email never arrives.
I have called customer service several times and they are of very little help.
I also tried emailing email@example.com, however I have received no reply.
I have of course checked junk folder and I am receiving some emails (from firstname.lastname@example.org)

The online store support is available here - we can't do anything about your online store account on the Community and I'd recommend you get in touch with their live chat rather than e-mail.
