    Unable to move a reference designator

      More questions regarding editing after an Eagle import into CS v1.52.

       

      There are numerous instances of the designator being "hard attached" to it's respective part after the import. See pic below.

       

      In this instance, I can select and move the "100 kOhm" at will, but am unable to move the R165 nor R166 even though the dashed green window appears around the designator.

       

      Any advise?
