Wow. 432KB doesn’t sound like a lot, especially given the allowance for images and attachments.

I still have the original gif on my pc. I tried to attach it here so that the e14 team could review.
But attaching fails with the same error.

Apologies it's taken so long to get to this jancumps . I'm going to blame Christmas!
Can you email me the gif? You should be able to see my email address by hovering over my name, but just in case, I'll send you a PM with my email address in it.

And just to add to that, 432Kb is well within the limits. We have a 10Mb limit on images, which is beginning to feel a little small these days! Whatever it is, I don't think the error was that the gif was too large.
