Fraurd of Elements14 in india all toll-free nos are not working

Dear all,

I have placed an order it's confirmation no. Is 20597657. I try to contact customer care for knowing the status of order and delivery date but all customers care numbers displaying on india element 14 site is not working. Pls don't place any order on in.elements 14. I think they are doing fraud with there coustomers. I have placed my order on 5th of Jan 21. Till date I am not recieved any update from element14 sales regarding status of my order.
