    Unable to renew CS subscription




      During two weeks I try to renew my CS subscription with no luck.

      First I've got this one error:

      After then I've got this one error:

      I wrote email's to Altium billing.support@altium.com and  Element14 software@element14.com but did not received any answer yet.

      Does anyone know how to fix such kind of errors ?

      Is there any working email for CS support ?
