Eleanor Young is promoted to the newly created position to drive international growth
element14 has appointed a new Category Director for the Industrial sector as the company looks to drive profitable growth through an expanded portfolio of products to customers across the globe.
Eleanor Young has been promoted to the newly created position after successfully delivering the role of Regional Sales Manager UK since June 2018.
Prior to this, Eleanor developed a wealth of Industrial experience over a 15 year period with management positions year at RS Components, Hewden Ltd and Brammer.
Eleanor said: “Industrial offers a major global growth opportunity for element14 as we expand our supplier and product offer to customers within this sector and with my extensive experience, I cannot wait to support the business to realise our ambitious growth plans.
“We have been working on our proposition in factory automation for more than three years and we now have positive sales across a wide range of products. It is evident, however, that our loyal customers haven’t traditionally considered buying Industrial products from element14. Our strategy is to change this perception by raising awareness of our Industrial offer for customers to access through our multi-channel proposition.
