Farnell to bring exclusive IoT insights and technical presentations to Embedded World DIGITAL 2021

New and existing customers can meet with local sales contacts and digitally visit the Exhibitor Forum and Roundtable events hosted by Farnell

Farnell, an Avnet Company and global distributor of electronic components, products and solutions, will be attending Embedded World DIGITAL 2021, taking place from 1st – 5th March. During the 5 day event, Farnell will showcase new and exclusive insights into the Internet of Things market from its third annual IoT Survey. Attendees will also be able to meet with local sales teams and attend two digital sessions, hosted by the company, both of which are free to attend.

Digital sessions include:

  • IoT and Edge Computing – Trends, Challenges and Solutions Implementation: In this 30 minute session, in-house technical experts will deep-dive into IoT with a sneak peek at results from Farnell’s third annual IoT Survey, before they are shared more broadly later in March. Insights will include how designers are implementing IoT in their own designs, the challenges they face, market trends and much more. Following this briefing, attendees will be introduced to the latest Industrial SBC products for adoption in their designs. This session is due to take place on Wednesday 3rd March at 2.30pm.
  • LPDDR4 Trends and Tech with LPDDR5: Farnell will also host a 20 minute session in partnership with Micron Technologies about the LPDDR4 latest trends and fundamentals of memory selection as well as a brief overview of, and comparison to, LPDDR5. This session will be hosted by Todd Legler, Senior Application Engineer at Micron.

Attendees can also browse Farnell’s virtual stand will include Raspberry Pi’s newest launches: Compute Module 4 and Raspberry Pi Pico and latest technologies from existing and new-to-Farnell brands ranging from small form factor, high performance development boards and kits to low power solutions for embedded design.
